We observe inefficiencies all around us in the operations of enterprises, governance of nation, development of states, and individual not able to use their potential and contribute towards prosperity of a nation. This is reflected from the final outcomes visible to all of us. At national level, in Governance, there is a trust deficit, many sections of the society feel being unfairly treated and country being sub 100 under in most developmental parameters in the comity of nations. At enterprise level, inefficiencies are reflected from the fact that our productivity is low, many enterprises are running in losses, particularly State undertakings and NPAs of the banks are lakhs of Rupees. If there is platform which can help in addressing these inefficiencies at national, enterprise and individual level, then it is not difficult for our country to become a developed nation in a short period of time. Nectar Fountain aims to precisely achieve this objective. The full-scale development model is applied when onsite full-scale consultancy is taken from Nectar Fountain. For on-line training, off-line training and advisory services part of model only comes into play, with proportionate benefit. OPERATION SCHEME
We operate through partnership, where our partners are not employees of the company. They are freelance professional advisors and consultants, who are shared a portion of contribution made by clients against any assignment as per following scheme.
- 20% of revenue earned will be paid to partner/partners - any individual or group - if the assignment is secured as a result of their referral.
- 60% of revenue will be paid to partner/partners - if individual or group - completes the assignment also at their own, including 20% as in a) above.
- 60% of remaining revenue earned after deducting 20% as per a) above of any assignment will be shared amongst the partner/partners who completes the assignments. Distribution of 60% of revenue will be decided by the team leader.
WISE
MEN'S CORNER:
Any person who is superannuated from the service can join the Wise men’s corner and be the member of Nectar Fountain. Wise men’s corner provides the following facilities to them.
Gayani Mitra Mandli:
- Mission of Gayani Mitra Mandli is living with dignity while contributing towards nation building.
- Through this corner, they can contribute in any of the three types of clinics by various means depending upon their interest, expertise, experience, capacity.
- Members of Gyani Mitra Mandli can work on assignments under Operation Scheme as mentioned above with 5% extra incentive.
Wise men moorings: Here 60+ people can write and share their thoughts.
