Mr Ram Narain is an Administrator, Management Expert, Trainer, Institution Builder and Author.  He has professionally administered and managed large organizations with all India foot print having thousands of employees, including unionized, for number of years.  He is a turnaround expert who is credited with dramatically improving the performance of any organization where ever he worked.  He has trained large number of officers and executives both in India and abroad in pure Management and Telecom Management.  He has developed number of management courses for senior officers of Department of Telecom in India and senior executive in Q-Tel, Qatar.

Mr Ram Narain is an institution builder who started the Management Faculty in Q-Tel, Doha and developed it to the extent that the Q-Tel Training center was got accredited for award of NVQ3, 4 and 5 in Management from Institute of Supervision and Management (ISM), UK and MBA degree from Derby University, UK. He also built and developed Telecom Enforcement, Resource and Monitoring (TERM) cells in Department of Telecom (DOT), which are the field units of DOT responsible for enforcement of licensing terms and conditions of all Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) throughout the country. He also started the security division in DOT and initiated important projects like Centralized Monitoring System (CMS), Secured and Dedicated Communication Network (SDCN), Telecom Testing and Security Certification (TTSC) scheme etc. Security division became one of the most important divisions in DOT in a short span of time virtually from scratch.

Mr Ram Narain has been writing books from a young age of 24 years. So far he has authored six books including, Re-engineering the System and Processes (Will the Dreams Come True?) and Twelve Management Skills for Success. He has also contributed many articles on Management and Telecom in newspapers and magazines of repute. 

Mr Ram Narain has 36 years’ experience – including 5 years stint abroad - in almost all the areas of Telecom viz Operation, Maintenance, Project Management, Security, Licensing, Licensing Enforcement, Policy Formulation etc. His performance has been adjudged as outstanding in all senior positions.  During his service time he led India in global forums including ITU, APT, 3GPP etc and was responsible for formulating and driving India’s stance in international negotiations on telecom, internet and cyber security issues.

After superannuation from the service, he started this consultancy and training organization, which is rendering its services in the areas of improving the operational efficiency of enterprises, helping the government in making Acts, rules and regulations citizen centric and business friendly, and developing individuals through consultancy and training. 

Mr Ram Narain holds BSc (Electrical) Electrical Engineering and MBA degrees. He is i) Fellow of Institution of Engineers, FIE ii) Fellow of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication, FIETE and iii) Member of Institute of Training and Development. He also possesses the ‘Assessor’, ‘Mentor’ and ‘Internal Verifier’ awards from UK, used for vocational qualifications.
